Palazzo Viviani of Castello di Montegridolfo is located a few kilometers inland of the Adriatic Sea, on the borders of Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions. It is lavishly decorated, all with a variety of antiques and some with restored frescos on the ceilings and walls. All offer wonderful views. Il Ristoro, is one of Montegridolfo's three outstanding restaurants. A highly sophisticated tasting menu, which changes daily, incorporates a plethora of local ingredienti tipici, including truffles and the famous Formaggio della Fossa.
